Description

The French sparkling wine Blancs de Blanc Brut from the Kriter winery is part of an extremely carefully selected and carefully selected range of sparkling wines with the Vin Mousseux de Qualité designation. This production is rooted in the Burgundy region, which Kriter carefully selects to create a Brut sparkling wine exclusively from white grapes of the Chardonnay variety. A fresh, light, fruity wine with a soft and refined perlage, it is appreciated worldwide for its quality. A fundamental component of any celebration, this wine is excellent both on its own and as a base ingredient in signature cocktails due to its fruity bouquet with floral notes. The grapes are grown in the typical Burgundy region, an area of northwestern France characterized by the Plateau de Langres, a series of gentle hills of modest height but very suitable for growing vines. The Chardonnay grapes that make up Kriter's Blanc de Blancs Brut are grown in lower Burgundy, featuring a well-balanced mix of marl, limestone, and clay. The semi-continental climate, with oceanic influences that bring strong variability, marked temperature variations, and abundant rainfall, allows the Chardonnay vines to produce distinctively aromatic grapes, well-suited to producing small, uniform bubbles. The sparkling wine is made using the Long Charmat method, which involves long fermentation in autoclaves for 91-5 months.
