Description
A still red from Trentino-Alto Adige, 14.5% ABV, produced by Kellerei Bozen. Made with 100% Pinot Noir, this wine expresses the elegance and complexity of this grape variety in a unique terroir. Fermentation occurs in wooden barrels and the wine ages for approximately one year in barrique, followed by a further period in the bottle. Spicy, with notes of cinnamon, black pepper, and cloves, it is supported by ripe red fruit, black cherry, and plum. The color is an intense ruby red. The noble and elegant tannins, along with the minerality, contribute to a pleasant complexity.
