A classic method brut sparkling rosé produced by Jerome Blin. Champagne Rosé de Saignee Cuvée de Colette Extra Brut, a tribute to the Champagne tradition and a passion for bubbles. On the nose, aromas of small red fruits, accompanied by notes of pomegranate. Fine perlage. On the palate, the wine is rich and persistent.

The vineyards at Vincelles, in the middle of the Vallée de La Marne, were taken over in 2010 by Jerome, who decided to work the 6 hectares of his property in Biodynamic agriculture. Strongly convinced of the principles to be applied in agriculture, he shows a real revolution in the small commune of Vincelles.
Jerome has a very delicate hand that characterises all his champagnes with a veil of oxidation in the glass. The dosage is also moderate, as the grapes arriving at the cellar are very healthy. Read more
