Description
Still red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 14% ABV, produced by Hofstatter. Blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Cabernet that embodies the history of a family that has been dedicated to viticulture for five generations. The grapes are destemmed, and the must ferments for approximately 10 days at a controlled temperature. The nose reveals enveloping and ripe vegetal aromas that linger in the glass even after considerable time. Deep ruby color. On the palate, it is constantly evolving, with a balanced tannic structure.
