Description
A still white wine from Etna DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Graci. 100% Carricante, 2022 vintage. A wine that expresses the minerality and elegance of Carricante, a native grape of Etna, with a history that dates back to 2004. Alberto Aiello Graci, along with his sister Elena, has taken over vineyards of resplendent beauty, bush-trained vines that time, climate, and the work of winemakers have transformed in shape. Grapes and volcano: these are Graci's wines, the sole interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. A distinctive olfactory profile drawn from intense, smoky mineral notes that envelop the varietal expression of medlar and fresh almond, citron and wild fennel, broom flowers, and wheat. The intense fresh and savoury progression, softened by glyceric notes, makes the drink dynamic and the inal persistence very long, full of coherent varietal and mineral returns.

Grapes and volcano, these are the wines of Graci, unique interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. The winery is an old and majestic palmento skilfully restored by Alberto. Here, one part is occupied by the production structure, while another part, with cross vaults, still houses the old barrels and tools for wine production. Read more
