Extra dry Charmat method sparkling wine from Veneto, 11% ABV, produced by Gabe. 100% Glera. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Prosecco born in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a tribute to the land and the passion of Gabriella Benedetta Vettoretti, founder of Gabe. Floral aromas of acacia and rose complement fruity notes of Rennet apple and Williams pear. Fine and creamy perlage. Balanced and smooth, slightly aromatic, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
