Description
A semi-aromatic still white wine from Piedmont, produced by Frasca La Guaragna. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Riesling born from the Frasca family's passion for Piedmont and its wines, with the collaboration of winemaker Matteo Gerbi. The label features the Via del Sale, a network of paths that historically connected the hills to the sea, crossing the Ligurian Apennines. The grapes come from a vineyard on the Guaragna estate in Nizza Monferrato, an area characterized by an unusual presence of river pebbles and sand, particularly suited to this varietal. Gentle pressing and slow fermentation at a controlled temperature between 13°C and 16°C. Static maturation in stainless steel and then bottle aging.
