Classic method brut sparkling wine made from Crémant de Bourgogne, produced by François Martenot. Blend: Aligotè, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2023 vintage. A Crémant born from a passion for Burgundy, with a history rooted in one of the world's most prestigious winemaking regions. The nose is fresh with subtly released floral aromas. Straw yellow in color with bright highlights. The palate is fresh and delicate, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish and seafood dishes.
