Description
Champagne Brut Prestige, classic method, 12% ABV, produced by Francis Orban. Blend: 60% Pinot Meunier, 40% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the Champagne tradition, with a history dating back to 1929. Induced malolactic fermentation, aged for at least 36 months in the cellar, sur lattes. The initial nose is a floral bouquet with aromas of acacia, buttercup, wallflower, orange blossom, intoxicating white rose, and hawthorn, delicately rounded by notes of brioche and peach.

Gaëtan devoted himself to developing the commercial side of the business and encouraging production throughout the post-war period known in France as the 30 Glorieuses! At the same time, he also built the cellar, vat room, and the house where Francis and his family live today, all with his own hands. This force of nature was still ploughing at the age of 70 and welcoming visitors at almost 90! Read more
