Description

The Thill family has its origins in Luxembourg. In the early 1800s they moved to France and around 1850 bought some vineyards in Verzy and Verzenay, two Grand Cru communes (out of the 17 in the whole of Champagne) and began selling the grapes. From 1953, one of his descendants, Fernand Thill decided to produce champagne and sell it under his own label. Today, the company is run by Marie Thérèse, Fernand Thill's daughter. This rosé is made with 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from Bouzy; a unique perlage reveals the delicacy of the berries and the refined classical method.
