Description
Aromatic still organic white wine, 15% ABV, produced by Erste and Neue in Trentino-Alto Adige. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Gewürztraminer that expresses a passion for sustainable viticulture and a love of the terroir. On the palate, this Gewürztraminer displays remarkable structure, good liveliness, and excellent drinkability. Vinification involves brief cold maceration in the press and subsequent fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks protected from oxygen. Aged on fine lees.

Created in 1986 as a result of the merger of Erste Kellerei (1900) and Neue Kellerei (1925) followed in 2016 by the future-oriented alliance with Cantina Kaltern.
