Châteauneuf du Pape Rouge 2021, a still red from the Rhône region, France, produced by Eric Texier. 100% Grenache. 0.75L format, 14% ABV. A wine born from the passion of Eric Texier, who has chosen to produce wines with respect for nature. Whole-cluster maceration for 80 days without extraction. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. No sulfur is added until bottling. Aged in barrels of 1 to 3 wines on its fine lees for 18 months. Bottled without filtration or fining. The structure of this wine allows it to evolve towards intense garrigue aromas, a wine that tells the story of a unique terroir.
