Description
A still white from the Loire, Savennières Fides, produced by Eric Morgat, a winemaker who has cultivated the Anjou terroir for over two centuries. 0.75 L bottle, 2016 vintage. A wine born from a passion for the land and a desire to showcase Chenin Blanc, the region's flagship grape. Coming from a family that has cultivated the Anjou terroir for over two centuries, I established my own winery in 1995, at the age of 25, under the Savennières appellation. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by citrus notes that evoke the wine's freshness and complexity. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and mineral, expressing the elegance and longevity of Savennières.
