Description
Mosel-Saar-Ruwer QbA semi-aromatic dry still white wine, 12% ABV, produced by Dr. Fischer. 100% Riesling, 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A dry Riesling that expresses the minerality and freshness of the Mosel terroir. The winery was founded in 1910 in the village of Ockfen. In 2014, Martin Foradori Hoffstätter purchased the winery. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by subtle notes of exotic fruit. Pale straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, accompanied by notes of citrus.
