Alsace Riesling Cuvée René 2024 by Dopff & Irion, a semi-aromatic still white wine from Alsace, 12.5% ABV, 100% Riesling. A Riesling that expresses the minerality of the Alsatian terroir, with notes of apple, peach, white almond, and grey pepper. Macerated on the fine lees for 4 months. Greenish-gold color with silver highlights. Lively, fresh, and persistent on the palate. Ideal with grilled fish, goat's cheese, and white fish.

At the end of the war, two of the biggest names in viticulture in Riquewihr, René Dopff and the widow Irion, joined forces to found Dopff & Irion. One of their first decisions was to acquire Riquewihr's historic chateau.
