Description
Still white Pouilly-Fumé AOC, 12% ABV, produced by Domaine Didier Dagueneau in the Loire. Vintage 2021. A Sauvignon Blanc that embodies Didier Dagueneau's philosophy of seeking the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world. The domaine's founder practiced vineyard practices such as extremely low yields, multiple hand-harvesting, and the unusual use of horses to plow the soil between the vines. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by flint notes, pave the way for a dry, minerally palate, expressing the terroir.
