Description

A dry Charmat method sparkling wine produced by Colsaliz Azienda Agricola in Veneto. 100% Glera blend. 0.75L bottle. A Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze produced in a unique area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where viticulture is an ancient art. The nose is pleasant and assertive, with hints of apple, pear, floral notes, and citrus. Pale straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is delicate, without harsh edges.

Posted in a splendid belvedere hill around 40 km from Treviso, in a central position right next to the Prosecco hill of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, near ColSaliz. In this territory, we practice the viticulture of the secoli and the Patrimonio Unesco dell'Umanità, our farm family produces Prosecchi DOCG and spumanti autoctoni, late in 1889.

In 1962 it was established by the Consorzio di Tutela del Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene that it defined a discipline to protect the quality and the immagine of the precious wines of Saliz and of all the zones which included 15 comuni for a total of 8,000 ettari coltivati, con due gem of Italian enology: Rive e Cartizze.

In 2004, the new company was founded by Antonio Faganello, the fourth generation. It is a moral tradition other than a passion, born of a strong legacy in the territory. Since the ColSaliz brand, a totally innovative structure, modern, impianti vinificazione, metodi scientifici per ridurre al minimo l'intervention dell'uomo nel rispetto del prodotto.

Oggi la nostra Azienda Agricola ColSaliz si sviluppa su 15 ettari di terreno arenario, denominato Saliz in dialetto veneto, da cui prede il nomen la azienda ColSaliz.
