Still red Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Ciavolich in Loreto Aprutino, in the province of Pescara. 0.75 L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Montepulciano born from the passion of Chiara Ciavolich, who has successfully combined tradition and innovation. Fermentation is spontaneous, with no fining or filtration. Aged in bottle for at least 3 years. Floral aromas, red fruit aromas, spicy notes of black pepper, balsamic hints, and nuances of licorice, chocolate, and tobacco. On the palate, it displays substantial body and structure, with soft, evolved tannins.
