Our Champagnes are elaborated according to methods that integrate the wisdom and knowledge of our ancestors with the latest 21st century advances. Certain approaches, today called “alternative”, were actually part of our ancestors ways of working. On our land, we work the soils, we dynamise our treatments, we follow the lunar calendar… Our primary quest is the balance between heaven and earth, roots and branches, mineral and fruit, fragrance and flavour… Welcome in our universe !
