Description
Still red from the Uco Valley in Argentina, produced by Bodega Buscado Vivo o Muerto. Blend of Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. 0.75L bottle, 2018 vintage. A wine born from a desire to produce unconventional wines, exploring marginal, often forgotten terroirs. Micro-fermented in plastic crates from the harvest, then transferred to small concrete vats with natural yeasts for 17 days. Aged for 14 months in French oak (22% new). On the nose, aromas of red fruit are detected, accompanied by light vanilla notes. Ruby red in color. On the palate, the wine is structured, pleasant, and long.
