Description
Bollinger's emblematic champagne name, with its English spelling, encapsulates its entire history. It was Georges Bollinger's British agent who, in 1911, christened it 'Special Cuvée', as he felt that the expression 'brut non vintage' was not appropriate for a champagne of such refinement. More than a century later, the name of the champagne emblematic of the Bollinger experience still encapsulates all its history.
