Description
Greco di Tufo DOCG, 100% Greco di Tufo, produced by Benito Ferrara in Campania, 2024 vintage. A still white that expresses the elegance of its volcanic terroir. Vinification involves soft pressing and aging for 7 months in stainless steel on the fine lees, followed by 1-2 months in bottle. On the nose, aromas of acacia, cedar, white peach, summer pear, elderberry, hay, celery, and aromatic notes of thyme and sage, with a chalky mineral note. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. On the palate, it is soft, with a vegetal finish. Serve at 10-12°C, ideal with fish, cheeses, and white fish.
