Description
Still white Etna Bianco Superiore DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Benanti. 2020 vintage, 0.75 l bottle. A wine born from the Benanti family's passion for the Etna region, made with 100% Carricante grapes. The grapes ripen in the second to third ten days of October. Vinification involves soft pressing of the whole bunch. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18-20°C in steel tanks. The wine is left to mature for at least a year in tanks before being bottled. Intense, rich, ample, fruity with hints of orange blossom and ripe apple. Dry, harmonious with a pleasant acidity. The aromatic persistence is extremely pleasant, with an aftertaste of anise and almond.
