Description

Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut, 12.5% ABV, produced by Bellavista. Blend: 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir. A highly elegant Franciacorta, crafted using the most ancient methods, fermented in small oak barrels and aged for 5 years. Straw yellow tending towards luminous gold. Intense and enveloping, with hints of honey, apple, chamomile, vanilla, anise, and Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied, with great structure and persistence, finishing with vanilla and ripe fruit.

A deep love has always bound Vittorio Moretti to the land. The never-quenched memory of carefree childhood summers, spent in his maternal grandparents' countryside, resurfaced with impetus many years later, when he decided to "do agriculture" and discover himself as a winegrower. His determination let his intuition take shape. A thought and an action that feed off each other, turning into an unstoppable crescendo. Thus Bellavista was born, in the heart of Franciacorta.

In the beginning it was just a few hectares, a family house and adjacent wine cellar, with the desire to make good wine to share with friends. But the power of the dream is overwhelming, fuelled by Vittorio Moretti's innate inclination to achieve perfection in all his work.
