Description
Aromatic dry still white wine from Sicily, Terre Siciliane IGT, 12% ABV, produced by Barraco. 100% Zibibbo, 2023 vintage. 0.75 L bottle. A wine that expresses the soul of Sicily, with the passion of a winemaking artisan who highlights the unique bond between grape variety and terroir. Fermentation in stainless steel after 24 hours of maceration on the skins. Aged in concrete tanks until spring. The grapes impart a complex aromatic texture: jasmine, orange blossom, and lychee lead the way to Mediterranean sensations of basil and rosemary, with hints of candied ginger in the background. On the palate, a savory and thirst-quenching wine, perfect for pairing with Sicilian cuisine.
