Description
Still rosé from Tuscany IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Banfi, a historic winery founded in 1978. Blend of Merlot and Sangiovese. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé born from the union of two iconic grape varieties, with separate fermentation for the Sangiovese and Merlot at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) in stainless steel vats, and aging in stainless steel vats on the lees for at least 2 months. The wine features pale pink hues. Distinct cherry notes blend elegantly with hints of small red berries typical of Sangiovese. On the palate, the Merlot expresses itself with volume and softness, great balance, and a long, savory finish.
