Saint Cyr

Raphaël Saint-Cyr took over the estate from his father, Thierry, which consists of 23 hectares of vines in the Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent appellations. These Beaujolais vines are cultivated organically following biodynamic practices since 2008.

The estate is run with the greatest respect for the soil, the plant and the fauna, and this is the guideline for all interventions in the vineyard. In the cellar, we continue this approach through natural vinification and without inputs. This great consideration for the terroir allows us to produce authentic wines in Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent and other vintages to discover.
