In 1992, Jean-Yves Devevey set up his own domaine on the basis of a very small vineyard in the Burgundy regional appellations.

Nourished during his first five years of professional activity by the experience of the great Burgundy winegrowers, and enriched by Becky Wasserman's aesthetic and universal approach to wine, he built his estate step by step, favouring a qualitative approach to the winegrowing profession.
