Herradura

Herradura was founded in 1861 by Feliciano Romo to Amatityn, a town located about 10 km from the town of Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico.

Legend has it that Feliciano Romo was looking for the perfect place to build the distillery, and he saw a glittering object on the ground. It was a horseshoe, always considered a lucky object, so he decided that this would be the ideal place for his distillery.

Since then Herradura produces high quality tequila, 100 blue agave, with traditional techniques, but made in modern and technological structures.
