The winery is housed in the Augustinian monastery dating back from the XII century. The ancient town-walls create an environment suspended between history, charm centenary and rational modernity, where art winemaking is conducted continuously since almost a thousand years.

The structure, expanded and streamlined over the past two decades, is now equipped with a modern and technological winery and a department for the production of sparkling wine according to the classic method.
At the winery become only the grapes from the best vineyards, pursuing the goal of producing a range of wines to serve as an example and representing the entire wine scene in the province of Trento.
