Description
Still organic white wine from Trentino DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Zeni. 100% Nosiola, a native grape grown on the steep slopes of the Trentino hills. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that tells the story of a family, Zeni, who have been producing wines with passion and dedication since 1870. Carbonic maceration is used to achieve greater fruitiness, followed by white fermentation in steel barrels. Malolactic fermentation is not performed, as the grapes, grown using the small espalier system, enter the cellar with a very balanced acidity. Aging: The two harvests are blended in January, and after a brief stint in small wooden barrels, it is bottled in spring. Delicately fruity with subtle hints of hazelnut, it has an intense straw yellow color and a dry, pleasantly fresh finish.
