Pairings
In our winery, since 2006 we have been producing wines from 22 different appellations, including great wines such as Chassagne-Montrachet where we are located near Santenay. Building on the work done, we harvest our first vintage in 2007.
The land where we raise our wine are located in the department of CĆ“te d'Or, the heart of the CĆ“te des Blancs. Our vineyards extend over 20 hectares, in the villages of Cheilly-les-Maranges, Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet. Our production, be it wine or vintage wine villages, is subject to the same attention and boasts expertise we wanted to preserve the traditional aspect at every stage of our work of winemakers Since the harvest handmade up winemaking in barrels.
