Description

Still biodynamic white wine, Sillaro IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Villa Papiano. 100% Albana. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from a passion for biodynamics, a tribute to the land and its energy. Spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae and aging on the skins for six months, for a wine that perfectly expresses the character of the Emilia-Romagna region. Fresh, bright, and pleasant, with notes of wildflowers, aromatic herbs, and fruity echoes on a savory texture.

The company was founded in 2000, around a small stone castle in the second half of the fourteenth century. and vineyards that stretch around. The farm lies on the slopes of Mount Nails Modigliana (FC), at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level from the mountain to valley. The area is 60 hectares, of which 10 are vineyards. At the helm eight young people who have undertaken a project for environmental restoration and wine.
