Description
Franciacorta DOCG pas dosé, produced by Vezzoli Giuseppe in Lombardy. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Franciacorta that embodies the excellence of Italian sparkling wine production, a tribute to tradition and innovation. Made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested under favorable climatic and harvest conditions, allowing the grapes to reach optimal ripeness. The base wine is fermented in steel tanks for approximately 8 months. After tirage, it ages on the lees for over 36 months. The nose is complex, clean, and linear, with hints of grapefruit, pineapple, and a finish of toasted hazelnut. Straw yellow. On the palate, it is rounded and dry, with a bright, acidic edge.
