Description
Still red wine from Trentino Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Tramin. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir born from the passion of Cantina Tramin, founded in 1898. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small containers to preserve their integrity, then immediately soft-pressed. Fermentation takes place in small steel tanks at a controlled temperature (19°C), without malolactic fermentation. After aging for 11 months in the barrels, the wine is blended in wooden vats. On the nose, aromas of berries, plum, and cherry are enhanced by spicy notes. Marjun presents a ruby red color with garnet hues. On the palate, a pleasant freshness immediately evokes the altitude at which the vineyards that produce this elegant Pinot Noir are located. Its tannins, supported by a lively acidity, are smooth and seductive. The finish is fruity and juicy with evident spicy notes.
