Description
Still red wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Cantina Tramin. 100% Pinot Noir, a grape variety that best expresses its characteristics in this region. 0.75 l bottle, 2024 vintage. Cantina Tramin, founded in 1898, is an example of a cooperative that has successfully valorized the territory and the winemaking families. The grapes are hand-picked and placed in small containers to preserve their integrity. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature (26°C) with daily pumping over and submersion of the pomace. Aged in French barriques, large oak barrels, and small steel tanks for at least 6 months. Its seductive bouquet recalls small red fruits such as raspberries, but also plums, cherries, and other juicy, pulpy fruits. Ruby red color with garnet hues. Velvety and soft flavour, with slightly floral nuances that accompany a fine tannic structure and a pleasant freshness on the palate.
