Description
Still red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Cantina Tramin. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, a classic Bordeaux wine that finds its ideal terroir in this region. 0.75 L bottle. The grapes are destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature (28°C) in steel tanks, where part of the malolactic fermentation takes place. Aged in used barriques. It releases aromas of red fruit and light spice. Deep red color. Full-bodied and enveloping, with good structure, notes of blackcurrant and green pepper. A wine that best expresses the characteristics of the grape variety, with a perfect balance between fruit and structure.
