Description

Still white wine (VdT), 12.5% ABV, produced by Torre San Martino, a winery in Emilia-Romagna. 0.50 L bottle, 2015 vintage. A wine made from late-harvest Albana grapes, with careful vinification that enhances its aromatic complexity. The aroma is an intense explosion of yellow fruits, flowers, and candied fruit, anticipating an intense and persistent finish. Pale and luminous golden yellow. Around the history of the recovery of a Sangiovese vineyard in 1922, probably the oldest in Romagna, the most recent of the company owned by the Costa family developed, immediately becoming a reference point for the quality viticulture of the district.

Among the ancient villages of Faenza and Modigliana, where the Tower of San Martino stands out to represent the property, extend to the south-east of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, among uncontaminated woods and olive groves, the 10 hectares of vineyards on fine sandstone soils yellow.

The wines produced, linked to the traditions of the territory and in tune with the modern oenological techniques, attest to an excellent quality level, rigorous and territorial, but also elegant and pleasant.
