Description

Brut Champagne, 12% ABV, produced by Thienot. Blend: 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne classic, made from a careful selection of grapes from the Côte de Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne. 95% fermentation in steel tanks, 5% in oak barrels. The Reims climate is a mix of continental and oceanic, quite cool. It presents fruity aromas, with a range of nuances from citrus tones to red berries. Straw yellow with greenish hues. On the nose, notes of secondary fermentation yeast, leading us from bread to brioche.
