Still red from Burgundy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Sylvain Pataille. 100% Pinot Noir, 2023 vintage. A Marsannay that embodies the elegance and finesse of Burgundian Pinot Noir. The winery, founded in 1999, is located a few kilometers from Dijon. On the nose, aromas of red fruit are complemented by sweet spicy notes that pave the way for a silky, fresh, and minerally palate. A wine that perfectly expresses its terroir.
