Description
Still red from Sulcis, Sardinia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Sella & Mosca. 100% Carignano, 2024 vintage. A wine that tells the story of a unique terroir, where sand and sea blend with the winemakers' passion. After pressing, fermentation begins immediately in the presence of the pomace, at a temperature of 30 degrees C for 10-5 days. It is then aged for at least three years, initially in barriques and then in bottle. The color is an intense ruby red with intermittent initial hints of violet. Residual vinous aromas accompany generous fruity notes emerging from a light undertone of good oak. Warm and generous, it offers the palate with caressing sensations of soft tannins and ripe late autumn fruit, tied together by a subtle presence of good oak.
