Description
Named after the big navy icon Vasco Núñez de Balboa. He was a Spanish explorer, governor and conquistador. Ron Espero Reserva Balboa is a blend of different rums from Republica Dominicana & Barbados. Matured in Bourbon casks in the Caribbean and then for a half to one year in used old French oak barrels after Nicaraguan very old rums.

He traveled to the New World and after some exploration, on the island of Hispaniola settled (today Dominikaniche Republic) in 1500.
