Still white wine from Savoy, France, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Quenard. 2020 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Chignin Bergeron that perfectly expresses the characteristics of the grape variety and terroir. An exquisite bouquet combining hawthorn, honey, peach, and apricot notes, and a beautiful golden color that can age without craintes. Golden yellow in the glass, well-balanced and refined on the palate.

From this winery
For many years, Domaine Jean-François Quénard has been practising sustainable agriculture to work with vines. At the same time, it is conducting organic farming trials on a large part of the farm and has been officially involved in an AB conversion process since August 2018.

There is a spiritual dimension to vine cultivation. We learn humility. We must be grateful to nature because we are dependent on it. We need to play with the different elements of soil, vine and climate to achieve better results.

We are simply passing through time, but the terroir is passed down from generation to generation.

Each plot is vinified separately to get the maximum benefit from a respected terroir with well-designed cultivation methods and innovative winemaking. Read more
