Still red Barbera d'Asti DOCG, 13.5% ABV, produced by Prunotto. 100% Barbera. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine made in the heart of Piedmont, from the historic Prunotto winery, founded in 1904 in Alba. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, and maceration lasts 5-7 days at a controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel before bottling in spring. Bright and intense ruby red. The nose is vinous and fruity, characterized by hints of plum and cherry. Fragrant and pleasant on the palate, a fresh and drinkable wine, ideal for pairing with Piedmontese cuisine.
