Description
Still red wine from Ladoix AOC, 13% ABV, produced by Pierre Andre, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the Burgundian tradition, with a history dating back to 1923. 100% Pinot Noir. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats. Pre-fermentation cold maceration, long maceration with cap punching and pumping over. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The bouquet is composed of fruity (candied fruit, strawberry jam) and woody (toasted, coffee) aromas. Beautiful garnet red color. On the palate, it is precise and serious, with fine tannins and a subtle minerality (warm stone) on the finish.
