Still red from Beaujolais, France, 13% ABV, produced by Philippe Pacalet. 100% Gamay, 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Moulin à Vent that embodies the essence of the terroir, with a winemaking process that respects nature and the grapes. Cold carbonic maceration without SO2 on indigenous yeasts for 10-20 days depending on the harvest. Aged on fine lees, without SO2, in 228-liter barrels for 8-12 months. Aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry that evolve over time, a powerful and silky wine that promises a pleasant experience.
