Description
Still red from Burgundy, 13% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir, produced by Philippe Pacalet. 2023 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru Les Sentiers that expresses the elegance and complexity of Burgundian Pinot Noir. Philippe Pacalet, renowned for his biodynamic wines, carefully selects the grapes to create a wine of great finesse. On the nose, it is broad, intense, with great elegance and balance, featuring notes of ripe red berries. On the palate, it is complex and aromatically layered, with full-bodied red berries that lead to a finish that is both sweet and mineral, with excellent persistence.
