Still rosé from Puglia, produced by Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine, 12.5% ABV, 2024 vintage. A rosé that embodies the soul of Puglia, with notes of red fruits, prunes, and dried herbs like thyme and rosemary. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing prestigious Veneto wines since 1925. Gentle cold pressing to extract color. The must is cooled and transferred to steel tanks, where it remains for the time necessary to separate the solids from the liquid. Alcoholic fermentation follows at a temperature between 13 and 16°C.
