Description
Valle d'Aosta DOC still white, 14% ABV, produced by Ottin, 100% Petite Arvine, 2024 vintage. A wine that expresses the minerality and elegance of the Aosta Valley terroir. Aged 7 months in stainless steel, 7 months on the lees, and 4 months in bottle. A full and clear nose: verbena, lemon balm, lemon balm, golden delicious apple, plum, face powder, mountain flowers, and mineral salts. Bright straw yellow. The palate is balanced and warm with an alcoholic warmth, with the inevitable citrus-mineral punctuation.
