The most interesting Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux-Champenois (unfiltered), vinified by lieu-dit, can be found at this committed artisan's winery: they have the lively vegetal flavour and aromatic finesse of northern Pinot Noirs, which were once widely produced in the region. These are original and instructive cuvées, as is the small range of champagnes (Sève) typified by the generosity of this Aube monocru. Read more
